    The staff were friendly and helpful, and the fit out and location of this hotel along with reasonable prices make it a 'must' next time your in Wellington.

    After a flight in from Seattle, connecting in Aukland, I arrived early (around 10am), my room was not ready, but the front desk quickly took my cell number and provided me with some good shopping recommendations to pass the time.

    Check-in was quick and efficient, except that an earlier online amendment to our booking, reducing our stay by one night, had not made it to the hotel itself - but it was no problem for the front desk to correct that.

    Free internet access in the business area of the hotel also , only thing i would not do again is have room service as the portions are very small and dont represent good value - otherwise would recommend staying here - good hotel.
