being fussy I called downstairs and requested a room which looked over the pool, after the bellboy came and showed us to our new room, which was apparently in the 'new' section..

The Heritage Rotorua is located out of the town in a quiet area close to the famous Wakarewarewa village which has hot springs, and local stores with arts and crafts made by the local Maori tribes.
