Refreshingly we were greeted by a friendly female staff member at Reception who asked whether I was an Accor Member.

Staff are friendly and very helpful, the room designs and layout are provide space for movement around the room, the rooms are clean and tidy, the bathroom did not leak, congratulations!

this hotel is a gem, the staff are so genuinely polite friendly and helpful, which sadly is not a common thing in new Zealand hotels, it has outstanding free car parking facilities, our room had a lake view, a fridge and a free to use room safe.

The staff were really nice (the guy in the restaurant brought some food up to my room when I ordered it even though the Ibis don't do room service) and friendly.
