Room was very cold on arrival and the daily room service was erratic...

They forgot to throw rubbish for us 2 out of the 5 nights stay, and our rooms are very very dusty, bathrooms were not vaccum.

There was a big dirty patch on the upholstery and a white patch on the bed cover.

I will say i have mixed feelings about the service, at some point it was good, but they don't clean the rooms as expected, at one point at night I asked the person in the reception that the food we had eaten one day before was not disposed, and he replied that i could just take it down to the dumpster myself, mmmm no!
