    Sometimes we got the impression that there would be not enough staff, as only 1 or 2 waiters were visible and they did there utmost best to serve every guest, whilst rushing from table to table.

    Beware - the George in Christchurch is lovely (but no suites avail when I was there), the Millenium is the opposite.
