I believe the Heritage to be in great location for getting around Christchurch, the staff are pleasant and the rooms on the 10th floor are large & quiet so ideal when you have to write reports late at night.

We arrived to find ourselves booked into a big room (with loads of space), great view of the Cathedral Square area, a huge super king bed, full kitchen facilities, a huge plate of cakes congratulating us on our marriage, some chocolates and a kind note from management.
