The hotel has a fancy restuarant (Maddison's), gym, pool and day spa so you are well serviced for any need if money isn't an object.

Firstly due to the nature of the building (which is grand and very elegant) the windows in the suites are huges old 20 foot high ones and cannot be easily sound proofed or double glazed.

The Heritage would not be the most luxurious five star hotel I have ever stayed at but it probably had the most attentive staff.
