The location was perfect, staff helpful and the room was very clean.

Convenience and other stores were open late at night and the hotel was within walking distance of several nice restaurants (lots of Chinese restaurants close by) and a couple of blocks from the downtown night life scene.

I believe the Heritage to be in great location for getting around Christchurch, the staff are pleasant and the rooms on the 10th floor are large & quiet so ideal when you have to write reports late at night.
