, staff excellant and very friendly, however the rooms were average with poor bed linen and old scratchy towels, they have also changed the toiletries from the excellant Red Earth to some very ordinary brand, little things which mean a lot, Compared with the Auckland Crowne Plaza this Christchurch Hotel is a second cousin.
