    There isn't a lot nearby, but the hotel offers a free return ticket on the efficient and frequent bus to downtown.

    We had the indoor pool and jacuzzi to ourselves, then enjoyed a complimentary glass of wine and travelled downtown using the complimentary bus tickets.

    It is a great location if you don't need to be too close to central Christchurch, and its proximity to the airport makes it number one for catching ingoing & outgoing flights.

    The hotel is a ways from downtown, but they will give you free bus passes to get you downtown, if you don't already have a car, and the bus stops right in front of the hotel.
