    This hotel is said to have 24 hour reception, but when my mother called me from overseas at mid night, her call was answered by a rude staff telling her 'do you know it's mid night here?!

    Was put in the Avon wing as I had upgraded and this was where tour parties stay, so extremely noisy in the mornings.

    The down side was that it was a little dated and not as clean as it might be.
