    I last stayed at this hotel in 2008 and had a bad experience with check in and check out, but this time everything went smoothly and I have no complaints at all.

    The oven/grill was dirty and basic supplies such as salt/pepper and adequate cooking utensil were not provided.

    The duty manager somewhat reluctantly came to inspect and although he agreed the room was dirty he proceed to tell us it was our fault because the suite contained our personal possessions.
