The hotel not really walking distance to all the shops on Queen street so they provide a free shuttle service which takes you to the heart of the CBD and this runs every half hour which we found very useful.

About the club lounge: It open from 7am until late evening, however I was told to check in at lobby and later I found out the lounge has no check in reception but 2 bulter/waiter serving food/drinks to all club guests.

I wanted to give my wife a treat at the start of a holiday in New Zealand, but our 4-day stay was extremely disappointing in relation to the price and value delivered.
