We decided to call for supplies, and housekeeping, Silvie, apologised for the poor service, and agreed to send up some English breakfast tea bags.

Poor housekeeping again, but perhaps the room, No 1104, (allegedly a Regency room), is one of the last to be used as its "view" was the back of the building next door.

Service was lacking and there was no apology given for all of the mishaps that occured during our stay.

This Hotel room was old, dank and had an off odor to it, kind of like getting hit with a wet mackerel in the face when you open the door but not as nice.

CONS: Service at the reception was slow, only one staff was on duty most of the time.

During the afternoon, no staff is in there and they have a pitcher of water and a jar of biscottis.
