    We decided to call for supplies, and housekeeping, Silvie, apologised for the poor service, and agreed to send up some English breakfast tea bags.

    The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and if you want the best out of the hotel, the new wing with rooms having a balcony, it is the place to stay.
