    PROS: We liked everything in the hotel, but especially the exceptionally professional customer-friendly approach, which not just made us feel welcome, but even at home.

    We asked for an additional duvet for the fold out bed, but was told that they dont have any additional duvets and to put the heating up in the room if it was too cold!
