Customer Service was excellent and a good selection of food served at breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and the public rooms were welcoming, especially with the free hot drinks, which was great as the weather during our stay was cold and rainy.

The hotel is very relaxed, they do a good breakfast and have hot and cold drinks and cakes or fruit on the go in the lounge 24 hours a day.

Great views form Canal side rooms--conveniet to the nightlife but usually quiet--excellent restarants in the area--very clean--good breakfasts--my favotiye pub is 2 minute walk
