The hotel staff is friendly and they provide free wifi (with access code) and a nice breakfast buffet.

Shower stall is a little bit weird in the hotel and the lighting could be better but breakfast was good with decent option.

lovely stay at the avenue located in the centre of amsterdam 5 mins from trainstation and 5 mins into the town nice hotel clean and tidy food ok, be aware of a city tax charge when u check in they dont tell u about it until u get there i think its about 15 euros.
