Because of the very spread-out nature of the hotel and the laid-back attitude, service is VERY slow.

The food was ok but not worth the money and the problems that were experienced with the owner caused alot of tears and tribulations leading up to such a special day for the bride and groom.

The location itself is a little odd, a long drive into the Palmerie with only the neighbouring shanty houses and nothing else.

So,appalling security, slack service (20 of us around the pool at noon and not a single waiter to come and ask us if we needed anything) and, did I mention, I was never able to have hot water from the archaic showerheads.
