Downside of the Pyramid Towers is that they do not have a swimming pool, but we are allowed to use the swimming pool at Sunway Resort next door which is a 5 minute walk.

Sunway Lagoon is good for family with young children as there is a petting zoo as well as the water activities (like slides and wave pools).

The best thing about our room was the floor to ceiling windows on one side which gave a perfect birdseye view of the Sunway Lagoon waterpark.
