    Beach is kept clean, staff extremely friendly and helpful, its a great place to be based if you wish to explore Penang/Malaysia.

    Staff is very friendly, specially Virginia in charge of customer relations, she will do everything to solve any problems, specially with french people who are starting to discover Malaysia and this hotel.
