On the balcony we had a table a chairs to relax on whenever we wished (one word of advice is don't put your damp swimming costume on them though as the wood stains them- I used to put my beach towel down first to avoid this).

The spa was very relaxing and luxurious and the pools were large and good for swimming and the gym is ample - often I was the only person in there!

I feel though the best part of the holiday were the facility's themselves the different swimming pools were perfect with a Rock pool for those really hot days and the design of the resort to work around the Seascape was beautiful.

The facilities at the Westin Resort and Spa kept us relaxed and comfortable leading into the big day of the race, with a great pool to do out last swim practices and great gym facilities with treadmills for our running.

The 33m-infinity-pool (measured while swimming endless laps in it in the morning earning a nice breakfast) overlooking the bay can also serve you to cool down after taking a nice sun-bath on the deck or you can enjoy a drink sitting in the water at the pool-bar.
