Rather than standing around reception in the heat waiting to be checked in, we were all seated in the foyer served complimentary drinks and given cool face cloths to refresh ourselves.

But what a hotel, friendly service that leads to excellence and let you forget about the heat and Humidity when you arrived, the staff were welcoming and helpful, we were greeted with cool facial towels and cold drinks as we sank down into the comfortable open plan lobby sofas Our room was not ready, we were nearly 3 hours early still it took less than 30 mins for it to become available ...

Our reasons being: On arrival we were greeted very warmly by various staff and instead of the usual check-in at a counter – we were taken to one of the lovely seated areas – given cool drinks and refreshing towels – here we went through the necessary paperwork but in such a lovely relaxed manner.
