The resort isn't cheap, but no more expensive than you might pay for something of a similar quality in the Maldives or on a Fiji Island.

You can notice it most in the pools where the tiles inside are dirty, some tiles are loose and it feels like you're swimming in a municipal pool.

The only thing that we found was that we felt a tad bit out of place at times as everyone else seemed to be filthy rich and although we're just regular folk, we would still do it again if we could do it over.

The gulai house - two dinners here, indian is great, but malaysian is mediocre and food is also a bit pricey.

My only minor minor critcisms would be that the cocktails were not great for a hotel of this quality - served in very small glasses and measures and with no real "show".
