    It does not have a world famous reputation for nothing and i think much of this is becuase of their GM, who has been there for circa 10 years, he has very high standards, is visible and get involved at every level.

    The mangrove tour is a classic example of this - we booked this through the hotel, rather than our travel agent (Thomas Cook).
