In August 08 the sea was not very clean & smoky from the forest fires in Indonesia.

And the cost of the manicure and pedicure - it was probably the most expensive I have had in Asia and was certainly not the best.

As expected, the speed of service was slow at time, especially for room service, so it is best to be patient.

My only reservation - we had a bad experience with the air conditioning and both my partner and I were unwell for five days of our seven days there, which was a damned shame as it meant we didn't have the opportunity to really appreciate the resort.

Our room was the smallest dut larger than most standard double rooms with large bed, plenty of other space and storage plus a very large bathroom with loads of towels, 2 types of robes and slippers.
