    The staff placed us in a room facing a kid-friendly pool (without having to ask) and everyone was friendly, polite and just absolutely helpful.

    i and my family having a good time at 5 nights at Meritus Pelangi Beach Resort & Spa and really enjoy the fascilities at Meritus Club together with warmest services from they staff and duty manager.
