We left Casa Del Mar for a stay at The Datai ( Anderman) and apart from the beach quality and the Jungle flora we preferred the Casa Del Mar for value friendliness.

We would recommend it to fellow travellers and would estimate a fair value per room of around AUD250 per night, which would get you 4 to 5 star hotel (albeit in a mega-chain) in the centre of Sydney.
