CONS: Hotel lacked atmosphere and the restaurant was under renovation (although it simply looked closed to us) so breakfast was served in a conference room each morning.

The gym is good and well maintained and the business centre is very well organized and their services included secretarial work, small meeting room, fax, photocopy, internet which cost RM40 per hour and every 15 minutes RM10.
