We were a little dismayed that what we had asked for via our internet booking was not forthcoming and we thought it unprofessional that we were not informed beforehand about this situation.

up we went to floor 7 both rooms dirty not cleaned and stunk of carpet glue, varnish due to refit on other rooms on the same floor carpets dirty, stained, not a good start our friends were shown to another room which was ok we then had to go back to reception and start again given yet another room which thankfully was ok nothing special.
