I found the night time staff particularly the doorman to be wonderfully helpful and friendly.

CONS: the toilet system stinks,have to keep the lights n fan on or the smell will pollute the whole room!!!.

PROS: Strategic location considering the prices for the rooms - close to all the KL attractions and yet not too busy except for the road leading to the hotel during mornings and evenings.
