    The nightclub in the hotel is the in place for local KK folk, trendy and dressed up people were abundant; unexpected for the beachy/paradise feel the resort had.

    Visit to the Mt Kinabalu foothills and gardens was interesting and worth the trip and the cool fresh air at 1500m above sea level was refreshing.
