from the very start at check in to when you leave you are greeted by friendly responsive staff, all to willing to lend a hand, especially if you happen to fall ill as i did from an ear infection from being underwater to long in the stunning swimming pools that just invite you in.

We had daily breakfast in Penyu restaurant and sat there while enjoyed watching crystal swimming pool water just next to the restaurant.

The swimming pool area was very clean and looked after - although if we did have a comment it was that the hotel lacked a length pool.
