The Customer Service at the reception was accommodating and gave us a connecting room as we have a young child.

Despite the unhappy with the breakfast, I would still like to re-visit this resort as it is family friendly and ""less crowded"" as compared to ""Nearby Resort"".

refurbished room looks cleaner but room make up was very slow - only done up around 3pm and not very clean, staff forget to replenish towels & others.
