Nice staff, nice hotel and beautiful room but no view, which was a bit frustrating for a "riverside" hotel for which we had paid a room on the higher end.

CONS: aircon is noisy and the bed and pillows are so uncomfortable.

The room is beautiful, hardwood floors, very clean and everything worked well (electrical, air conditioning, etc.

PROS: Beautiful rooms, quiet, friendly staff, bikes with locks available at the hotel.
