very very nice modern hotel in kuwait city, staff are great and very friendly, the receptionist were very friendly and ready to help, the rooms are clean and tidy, the food is the best, this hotel is best for business travellers!

Besides being a modern, high rise, full service hotel, the staff is excellent, attentive to every detail -- if you need an electrical plug converter, assistance with the use of their in-room TV/Internet/email all-in-one equipment, it is there -- they procured and delivered to me an international phone card which saved a ton of money -- excellent restaurants, sumptuous buffets -- American hotels could take a lesson [ or two ]...
