    opening car doors, carrying packages for you, opening doors, getting taxis, great shuttle service, amazing shopping, great concierge, friendly staff (also good looking and english spoken very well by all of the staff we came into contact with), beautiful hotel grounds & great view of the Seoul Namsam Tower!
