    We also found the staff member in the business centre exceptionally helpful as she was able to book a ski trip away for us and get us the local specials that don't appear on the English version of website (Phoenix Park).

    Once in my room, when I tried to go on-line, Iwas asked to provide password which you would have to call the business center for it.

    The business centre has 3 available internet computers, which we used daily to email our children, available at the outrageous price of 4000 won (about $4 US) for 15 minutes - Apparently there's an internet cafe nearby, but we never did find it.
