They did not send a driver to pick me up at the airport, as had been pre-arranged; the desk staff was uninterested but managed to process my arrival when I did get there; all other staff were VERY friendly and helpful.

The reception were unfriendly, the security at the floor suspected that I had a minor and asked for the identity (I suppose because of prostitution in the vicinity).
