They called a restaurant owned by one of the famed "Iron Chefs" to see if the man himself was going to be there (he wasn't, unfortunately).

The Shibuya Excel Hotel is in a terrific location and I had a small "semi double" room on the 16th floor, facing the famous Shibuya Crossing.

I payed a premium for a view of the famous Shibuya Crossing (seen in the movie LOST IN TRANSLATION) -- also included in my rate was free high-speed internet in my room and complimentary daily breakfasts at either of the two restaurants on the hotel’s top floor.

The location was perfect and my room on the 20th floor overlooked the famous crossing that most people remember from Lost in Translation and had a fabulous view of the city but the room or hotel wasnt at all noisy.
