Nice rooms, great bathrooms, deep tub, high tech washy washy toilets, comfy slippers, and good food up on top of the facility.

I give the Hotel Excel in Shibyu a 10/10 is was perfect Great location Excellent Rooms & Beds 10/10 for cleaniness, & hospitality Great amenities good for business, seniors, families, couples, maybe a bit pricey for budget traveller

I stayed there a week ago, the hotel facilities were awesome, though the staffs couldn't quite speak English so my Suggestion is, this is definitely a fine place !
