The atrium is bland and the rooms are small and very average in design.

Now don't get me wrong, it is a nice hotel to stay at when in Tokyo but the "packaging" in regards to design and room amenities is disappointing.

The rooms were small but what you would expect for Tokyo- they are clean and very modern.

No hotel employees are stationed downstairs and the lobby is on the 25th floor with the Tokyo Tower framed by the windows behind the checkin counter.

We had a drink in the bar which was very expensive (peanuts are charged for).

The rooms are small, the cupboards are small, however I DID get a good deal, so can't complain!
