Guest Reviews of Park Hotel Tokyo Based on a 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent) rating system

The prices in the lounge, bar and restaurants were high and would not be readily affordable to an average couple and most certainly not an average family.

Lounge area/restaurant in the lobby turned out to be a good place for a nice lunch for 2 families with 4 kids all under age 4.

There is a 'Family Mart' convenience store on the ground floor which is ideal for drinks snacks and there is a 'Subway' sandwich shop just outside the hotel on the 3rd floor.

Having read some great reviews of the hotel, I am amazed by the quality of the hotel service, it's family-friendly environment (we travelled in a group of 5 pax, including a boy of 12 years), especially the toiletries...

) You exit into an underground hallway with restaurants; go straight out and through a revolving door, and you'll see a Family Mart convenience store on your right.
