Like most hotels in Tokyo, the rooms are quite small with encapsulated bathrooms, but impeccably clean and well-maintained.

Additionally, the staff is very professional and polite, and helped me not only send items from the hotel to other parts of Japan, but also overseas back to the States.

I would recommend this hotel for business and travel in Japan - it is right next to the Tokyo Station Nihonbashi exit, but Expedia bookings are put into very tiny rooms.
