    The proximity to Kudanshita and Idabashi was convenient, as was the fact that there are a number of convenience stores nearby for emergency needs.

    Kids aged (12, 10, 7) downside was we only got 3 breakfast vouchers per day so two kids had to stay in the room and subsist on instant ramen fr the convenience store across the street( they liked the ramen better than the buffet!

    The location, even though it was very close to Kudanshita station, is a business district as there are no shops around the station.
