    We were initially put in an unrenovated room, but when my wife said that we were unhappy with the room (which we were staying in for leisure over the Chinese New Year holiday) we were given the option of upgrading to an executive floor room using points.

    If you want to be taken for a ride at a mediocre hotel that pretends to be upscale with their faux furnishings, pretentious and unhelpful staff, stay at the Westin Osaka!
