    If you want to be taken for a ride at a mediocre hotel that pretends to be upscale with their faux furnishings, pretentious and unhelpful staff, stay at the Westin Osaka!

    Unlike one recent reviewer, we actually found staff incredibly gracious and accommodating, and one staff member actually took us up to our room (not looking for any gratuity) but just wanting to explain things like the ventilation/heat in case we were confused.
