    The room was gorgeous, decorated in earthy tones and with a bed that was insanely comfortable and views across the urban Osaka metropolis.

    Everything about the Swissotel is perfect- the service is friendly, the rooms are decadent and the location is ludicrously convenient, that it if you can find your way out of the labyrinthyine Namba Station.

    Staff were fantastic, especially the concierge desk who went to the 'nth' degree to provide us with a solution to every question we had.

    The room was great and the bed was absolutely enormous and being on the 30th floor gave us a great view over Osaka.

    Swissotel staff were most helpful and nothing was too much trouble (even suggested we attend a local Osaka Buffaloes baseball game which was an absolute blast)!
