    Japan should be famous for their outstanding service, but I didn't see it in this hotel, surprisingly due to its 5-star name.

    It was categorized as a classic room with city view for single use, featuring a queen size bed, LCD TV, mini bar with fridge, safety box, and a full-feature bathroom including hair-dryer, heated mirror and the electronic toilet-plus-bidet common in Japan.

    We managed to get connecting rooms - i stayed in a classic room, while grandma+little one had the crest room which was much nicer.

    In addition to this, it is really, really, really near to central station, dept stores, good restaurants and the famous 'dotombori'.
