It's right next to the Kintetsu station, where you can take 2 stops to Namba, which is the hip, cool area where restaurants, shops and bars are.

The location was very conveniently located to the Osaka metro, the rooms were comfortable (temperature was nice, the beds had nice fluffy duvets, and the decor was minimalist, but pleasant), and the service was good.
